| 내용 | 사용자 인터페이스 디자인 개발에서의 페르소나 기법 활용에 관한 연구 - 사용자 중심 디자인 프로세스에서의 활용을 중심으로 - A Study on the Application of Persona for Development of User Interface Design - Focused on the Practical Use in User-centered Design Process - 이운형 경원대학교 시각디자인과 강사 Lee Woon-Hyung Kyungwon University College of Arts & Design Dept. of Visual Design =================================================== 1. 서 론 1.1. 연구 배경 및 목적 1.2. 연구 방법과 범위 1.3. 선행연구 2. 사용자 중심 디자인 2.1. 사용자 중심 디자인의 개념 2.2. 사용자 중심 디자인의 효과 2-3. 주요 요소 2-3. 디자인 프로세스 3. 페르소나 3-1. 페르소나의 개요 3-2. 페르소나의 역사 3.3. 페르소나 사용의 이점 3-4. 생성 프로세스 4. 적용 사례 4-1. 실험 개요 4-2. 실험 결과 5. 결 론 참고문헌 논문요약 제품 개발에서 사용자 인터페이스를 디자인함에 있어 사용자들에 대한 올바른 이해와 분석이 우선된 사용자 중심 디자인의 개념 적용은 프로젝트의 기간과 비용을 절감시키고 최종 제품에 대한 사용자 만족도를 크게 향상시킬 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 사용자 중심 디자인을 구현함에 있어 프로젝트의 사용자 분석 단계에 유용하게 활용될 수 있는 페르소나 기법에 관해 고찰하고 페르소나의 생성 프로세스와 가이드라인을 제시하여 실제 인터페이스 디자인 개발 프로젝트에서 적용이 가능한 효과적인 방법론을 제시하는 것을 연구 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 사용자 중심 디자인에 대한 기존 문헌 연구를 통해 그 주요 요소들과 디자인 프로세스를 제시하였고, 다음으로 페르소나에 관해 고찰하였으며 실제 개발에 응용할 수 있는 생성 프로세스와 가이드라인을 제시하였다. 그리고 제시된 페르소나 기법을 실제 인터페이스 개발 프로젝트의 사용자 분석에 활용한 사례를 통해 디자이너들이 실무 프로젝트에서 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구 결과에서 제시된 방법론의 적용을 통해 인터페이스 디자인 개발 시 사용자들에 대한 이해와 디자인 프로세스 상의 의사결정에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다. 주제어 사용자 중심 디자인, 페르소나, 사용자 인터페이스 디자인 Abstract It can be stated that the use of user-centered design concept in user interface design project can increases the satisfaction of users as well as reduces the project period and the total cost. This paper aims to suggest the methodology which includes process and guideline for making personas in the project of user interface design that can apply to the user-analysing phase in the project. This study firstly analyzed existing research of user-centered design. Based on the result, this paper suggested the four elements and the design process of user-centered design. secondly, the study examined personas and came up with making process and guidelines which can apply to real projects. Finally, the application of personas was suggested by the case study that includes the methodology was used to user interface design of the website. It is expected that the making decision on design process and understanding about the users could be supported through the use of the methodology that is suggested by this study.
