| 내용 | 원격대학 e-Learning 콘텐츠의 색채 분석을 통한 색채 적용 기준 제시 Presentation of the Color Application Standard by Analyzing the Colors of e-Learning Contents of a Distance University 주저자 : 이향아 서울사이버대학교 IT․디자인학부 멀티미디어디자인학과 Lee hyang-a Dept. of Multimedia Design, School of Information Technology & Design, Seoul Cyber University 공동저자 : *김지혜, **윤지현, ***고봉희, **이성태 *아로우 색채실험실 **서울사이버대학교 IT․디자인학부 멀티미디어디자인학과 ***한양여자대학 시각미디어디자인과 Kim ji-hye / Youn ji-hyun / Go bong-hee / Lee sung-tae *Arou Color Research Institute **Dept. of Multimedia Design, School of Information Technology & Design, Seoul Cyber University ***Dept. of Visual Media Design, Hanyang Women's College =========================================== 1. 서 론 1-1 연구목적 1-2 연구방법 및 범위 2. e-Learing 콘텐츠의 이론적 배경 2-1. e-Learning 콘텐츠의 요소 2-2. e-Learning 콘텐츠의 색채 3. 연구결과 3-1. 분석 교과목 콘텐츠의 색채분석 1) 행복한 자기혁신 2) 경영분석 3) 학교사회복지론 4) 디지털포토그래픽 4. 결론 및 제언 참고문헌 논문요약 원격교육의 e-Learning 콘텐츠 설계를 통해 효율적인 상호작용을 강화시키기 위해서는 학습자의 요구에 적합한 GUI(Graphic User Interface)를 기준으로 디자인되어야 하며, 특히 시각적 커뮤니케이션이 교육효과의 주된 요소가 됨을 제대로 이해하고 도입할 수 있어야 한다. 그 중 색채는 정보와 지식을 효과적으로 전달하고 확실한 Identity를 표현할 수 있는 가장 중요한 시각적 표현 요소로 학습자 중심의 차별화된 적용을 할 수 있으며, 일관성 있는 색채계획을 통하여 편안하고 효율적인 학습 환경을 제공한다. 따라서 본 연구는 원격교육의 e-Learning 콘텐츠에 사용되고 있는 색채가 이러한 요소들을 충족하여 제작되고 있는가를 분석해보고 부족한 부분에 대하여 보완점은 무엇인지를 연구하여 제시하고자 한다[4][8]. 연구대상은 빠르게 변화하고 다양화 되고 있는 e-Learning 콘텐츠 중, 서울사이버대학교에서 제작, 활용하고 있는 콘텐츠의 색채를 분석하였고, 본 연구의 도출을 위해 콘텐츠 설계자와 제작자 21명을 대상으로 1차 설문조사와, 설문내용을 검증할 수 있는 2차 설문조사를 진행하였다. 1차 설문조사에서 콘텐츠 제작자들은 색채계획을 위한 기본 지침을 활용하여 제작하였다고 응답하였으나, 2차 검증 설문조사에서는 명확한 기준 없이 설계자와 제작자의 주관적인 관점에서 색채를 선택하여 사용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 콘텐츠 분석에서도 색채적용에 일관성이 없었으며, 가독성을 고려하지 않은 색을 이용하였고 학습자를 고려하지 않은 적합하지 않은 색 이미지를 사용하여 전체 콘텐츠의 배색이 어울리지 않았다는 문제점이 도출되었다. 따라서 콘텐츠 제작 시 색채의 결정에 앞서 색채 사용에 대한 적용 기준 항목들을 제시하여 반드시 점검해야하며, 설계자와 제작자는 색채에 대한 전문 지식이 갖추어져야 한다는 결론을 얻었다. 본 논문의 분석결과와 제안된 색채 적용기준을 활용하면 보다 효과적인 정보전달과 학습효과를 증진 시킬 수 있는 최상의 콘텐츠가 제작될 것이며 또한 연구 결과로 제안된 색채 적용 기준 방안을 다양하게 활용하여 e-Learning 콘텐츠 뿐 만 아니라 각종 웹 콘텐츠 제작 시 올바른 색채 계획이 이루어질 것으로 기대한다. 주제어 이러닝콘텐츠, 색채분석 및 계획, 색채적용 Abstract In order to reinforce interaction by means of design for e-Learning contents of distance education, it should be designed based on the standard of GUI(Graphic User Interface) which is suitable for the needs of learner and it is necessary to understand and introduce the main effects of the visual communication. In particular, the colors should be the most important visual representation elements for conveying information and knowledge and expressing clear identity, and thus we need to provide the comfortable and effective educational environment through the consistent plan for colors. This study analyzed the colors of the contents produced and used by Seoul Cyber University among other e-Learning contents which have been changed and diversified rapidly. For this study, the first survey of 21 contents designers and producers and the second survey for verification of the first one were conducted. The contents producers responded in the first survey that they would make their contents using the color plan as the basic standard, but the second verifying survey indicated that they used the colors from their subjective point of view without applying definite standard. In addition, the contents analysis showed that there was no consistency in applying the colors and the contents used the colors which did not consider readability and the unsuitable color image, thus causing ill-matched arrangement of colors of the whole contents. The determination of the colors in making contents should be learner-oriented. Therefore, applying the findings of this study and the color application standard will guarantee the best contents which convey information more effectively and increase the effect of learning. Moreover, it is expected that the diverse utilization of the color application standard suggested in this study will result in a correct and desirable color plan in making e-Learning contents and various web contents.
