| 내용 | 생활환경 경관개선을 위한 도시디자인 방향설정 연구 - 도봉구 도시디자인 기본계획 수립과정을 중심으로- A Study on the Urban Design Directions for the Improvement of Life Environmental Townscape - Focused on the Planning Process for Dobong-gu Urban Design Master Plan - 문 선 욱 청운대학교 인테리어디자인학과 교수 Moon sun-wook Professor, Dept. of Interior Design, Chungwoon University ------------------------------------------------------ 1. 서 론 1-1. 연구의 배경 및 목적 1-2. 연구의 범위 및 방법 2. 사례 및 도봉구 현황분석 2-1. 선진 사례분석과 시사점 2-2. 주민의식조사 2-3. 주요이슈별 현황분석 2-4. 분석 종합 3. 도봉구 도시디자인 구상 3-1. 비전과 방향설정 3-2. 도시디자인 구조 설정 4. 축과 권역별 세부계획 4-1. 축별 세부계획 4-2. 권역별 세부계획 5. 결 론 참고문헌 논문요약 도시디자인이란 도시 거주민의 살기 좋은 환경구축을 위한 사고, 행위, 활동에 대한 디자인의 총체다. 도시의 이미지는 지역주민의 생활상이 총체적으로 반영되고 투영되며, 이로써 지역 정체성이 표현된다. 그러나 우리의 도시는 문명의 이기와 무분별한 개발로 기계적 편리성은 누릴 수 있게 되었으나, 정체성이 상실되어 무미건조하고도 부정적 도시이미지를 형성하였다. 따라서 지자체들은 경쟁적으로 지역고유의 도시경관 이미지 회복을 위해 여러 가지 사업을 추진하였으나, 그 결과는 현상만을 중시한 나머지 또다른 문제를 야기하고 있다. 도시디자인은 도시의 근본적 가치 주체인 주민들을 대상으로 생활에 유익을 주며 그들의 삶의 질을 높이도록 해야 한다. 본 연구는 도시디자인의 수립방향 설정을 위해 해외사례와 주민의식조사를 통해 이슈를 도출하고, 이슈별 현황 분석을 토대로 지역의 특성과 잠재력을 분석하고, 이에 합당한 도시디자인 권역 및 축의 설정과 기본계획의 방향과 방안 제시를 목적으로 한다. 연구의 공간적 범위는 서울시 도봉구 행정구역 전 범위이며, 내용적 범위는 도봉구 도시디자인 기본계획 수립 과정에서 도시디자인 기본 구상단계로 한정하였다. 도시경관은 단기간에 조성되거나 일회성 계획으로 이루어질 수 없는 속성을 가지므로, 도시디자인 기본목표를 이루기 위한 중장기적 비전을 토대로 점진적으로 형성해 나가야 한다. 이때, 관련된 모든 분야 간에 효율적 연계와 시민활동에 대한 다양한 지원 등 총제적인 시스템의 구축은 주민생활에 유익을 주는 진정한 도시디자인을 구현할 수 있다. 주제어 도시디자인, 경관, 생활환경 Abstract You can say that urban design is the whole of thinking, behavior, and activity for establishment of residents’ good living environment. The Image of city must have present a local identity by an overall reflection and projection of inhabitants’ living conditions. We could enjoy a mechanical benefit until now by the modern conveniences and indiscriminate development of the city. However, this results in a tendency come up other problems. And cityscape has made a negative image by losing the city’s identity. Urban design activities must improve the quality of life, provide utilities and instill a sense of civic ride for the residents. The purpose of this study is to deduct issues caused by the case studies and residents' consciousness for setting up an urban design objective, to analyze the characteristics and potential of Dobong local district on the basis of present data, and to suggest a master plan according to the suitable urban axis and region. The geographical scope of the study is Dobong district in Seoul. It limits the step of design conception on the process of establishing the Dobong urban design master plan. We must change the progressive urban design action for setting an urban goal because that cityscape won’t be created in a short period time and at one swoop. The main urban design agent must be effectively connected to related fields and support various programs to citizen’s activities. This holistic system can realize a true urban design for citizens.
