| 내용 | 도심의 이전적지 활용에 의한 도시재생의 수법 -경상북도 도청 청사를 중심으로 - Utilization of used land of major public facilities for urban regeneration - Application to the Gyeong-buk provincial government building - 주저자 : 김영훈 영남대학교 산업디자인과 일반대학원 Kim, Young-hoon Dept. of Industrial design, Yeungnam University 교신저자 : 이영창 이디아이 환경디자인 Lee, Young-chang EDI INC. ------------------------------------------------------------- 논문요약 본 연구에서는 도시재생의 관점으로부터 기존 도 심에 위치한 주요 공공기관의 이전으로 발생되는 이 전적지에 대한 활용과 주변 지역과의 연계를 통한 지 역 활성화를 위한 수법을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 하 였다. 이를 위해 먼저 대상지역에 대한 현황조사를 실시한 결과 대상지역과 인접한 대부분 지역들의 도 시환경 현황이 상당히 낙후되거나 노후화되고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 한편 대상지의 이전적지 활용과 지역 활성화에 대한 잠재적 요구 및 가능성을 알기 위해 시민의식조사를 실시한 결과 다양한 시민의 층 으로부터 현 상황보다 더욱더 적극적인 환경개선사업 과 함께 활성화 방안에 대한 요구가 크다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 지역 내의 잠재되어 있는 발전 가능 성의 요소도 밝힐 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 계획적 도시개발, 토지이용 및 물리적 환경 개선, 경 제적 희생, 사회 및 문화적 측면의 촉진, 도시재생관 점의 제도적 측면의 촉진 이라는 활성화 방안을 구체 적으로 제안할 수 있었다. 주제어 도시재생 , 이전적지, 지역 활성화 Abstract This paper proposes a method on the urban regeneration: the utilization of used land where major public facilities had been located in the existing city and the activation of areas connecting with neighboring areas. By field survey on the target area, we knew that the environmental conditions of most areas fell behind or were been old. To confirms a latent demand on utilization of used land and activation of areas, we interviewed people, knew that most of them wanted improvement of environments, and saw developmental potentialities. Finally, we proposed activation details on planned urban development, land utilization and improvement of physical environments, economic regeneration, social and cultural promotion, and promotion of system in urban regeneration.
