| 내용 | UX 디자인 관점에서의 웹사이트 디자인 연구 - 포털사이트 네이버를 중심으로 - The Web-site Design Study of UX Design Perspective - Focused on Portal Site : NAVER - 주저자 : 김은숙 한양대학교 산업경영디자인대학원 시각디자인학과 Kim, Eun-Sook Major in Visual Communication Design, Graduate School of Hanyang University 공동저자 : 공용택 한양대학교 산업경영디자인대학원 시각디자인과 / 강사, 예술학 박사 Kong, Yong-Taeg Major in Visual Communication Design, Graduate School of Hanyang University / Lecturer, Ph.D. Dept. of Arts 교신저자 : 성동선 가천대학교 미술디자인대학 시각디자인과 / 교수 Sung, Dong-Sun Major in Visual Communication Design, Gachon University / Professor __________________________________________________________________________ 논문요약 웹의 발전으로 디자인의 새로운 분야가 생기고 이전의 디자인과 달리 상호작용이 중요한 웹 디자인은 사용자경험 디자인이 중요하게 자리잡아가고 있다. 국내 인터넷의 시작은 1982년에 서울대학교와 전자통신연구소(KIET)를 중심으로 정보망 개설되면서 부터이며 빠른 속도로 성장해온 인터넷 웹사이트는 그 수가 엄청나게 증가하고 발전해온 반면 복잡한 레이아웃과 사용자를 고려하지 않은 인터페이스, 쉼 없이 넘쳐나는 정보들은 문제점이 아닐 수 없었다. 인터넷의 발전과 경쟁은 사용자 중심이라는 매우 중요한 요소를 충족시켜줄 때 소비자는 만족하게 될 것이고 이는 곧 좋은 기억으로 남을 것이다. 좋은 기억은 사용자에게 재방문의 계기를 만들어주게 됨으로서 매출 또는 성장과 직결된다 할 수 있겠다. 이렇듯 다양한 방면에서 사용자경험에 관심을 갖고 활발한 연구를 하고 있는데 비해 디자인분야는 학문적 연구에 있어 부족한 게 사실이다. 이에 본 연구는 UX디자인의 전개와 구조 특징을 분석하여 해결방안을 찾고자 하였으며 연구 방법으로 국내 대표적 포털사이트인 ‘네이버’를 사례로 연구 진행하였다. 관련 문헌과 선행 연구 자료의 분석과 실무 사례를 통해 나타난 연구의 결과는 단순 정보의 제공이 아닌 감성적 소비와 시각적, 시간적 차원에서의 정보의 질 적 향상을 도모하는 디자인이어야 한다는 것이다. 이는 사례 연구를 통해 실제로 기능을 높여 사용자의 경험을 높인 형태라 할 수 있겠고 다른 하나는 복잡한 UI를 단순화하여 특정기능만을 특화하는 ‘네이버’의 형태에서도 나타났다. 따라서 정보 제공자는 사용자 경험을 이해할 필요가 있으며 개인의 요구, 사고, 행동양식에 기준을 두고 흥미로운 과정을 제공하여 긍정적인 반응을 유도해냄으로서 사용자의 시각, 감성 등 정보의 조사와 습득과정에서 불필요한 요소는 제거하고 사용자의 편의와 효율성을 극대화해야 한다는 결과를 나타낸다. 사용자 중심 디자인 원리에 기반하고 있는 사용자경험(UX)디자인은 그 활용 분야가 매우 다양하며 불필요한 요소를 감소시켜주고 개발 효율성을 높여주는 역할을 한다. 본 연구의 UX디자인(User eXperience Design) 분석이 보다 효율적인 사용자 중심의 웹사이트 디자인의 활용 방안에 도움이 되기를 기대한다. 주제어 사용자경험디자인, 웹사이트 메인페이지, 인터렉션 디자인 Abstract The start of the domestic Internet in 1982, and the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, Seoul National University (KIET) around the SDN (SystemDevelopment Network) through the information network is established as the first.
