| 내용 | 한 손 조작할 때 스마트폰 화면 크기 변화에 따른 사용성 평가 Usability evaluation about the smart phone screen size change for one-handed 주저자 : 임기섭 한국기술교육대학교 디자인공학과 대학원 Lim Ki Sup Korea University of Technology and Education 교신저자 : 윤정식 한국기술교육대학교 디자인공학과 Yoon Jeong Shick Korea University of Technology and Education ________________________________________________ 논문요약 스마트폰의 기능이 다양해지고 무선인터넷 속도가 빨라지면서 점점 화면의 크기가 커져가고 있다. 최근에는 5인치 이상의 화면 크기를 가진 스마트폰이 출시되고 있다. 그러나 큰 화면을 가진 스마트폰은 휴대성이 떨어진다. 특히 한 손으로 조작할 때 화면의 크기에 따라 사용성에서 문제가 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 3.5인치를 기준으로 5가지 프로토타입을 제작하여 가로와 세로 방향에 대한 한 손 조작에 관한 사용성 평가를 하였다. 스마트폰 입력 방식은 Tap, Long Tap, Drag, Flick, Rotate에 관하여 실험을 하였고 ANOVA 분석을 통해 실험결과를 분석하였다. 그 결과로 스마트폰을 한 손으로 조작할 경우 3.5인치 화면은 다양한 입력이 가능한데 반해 4.0인치부터 제한된 입력 방식이 가능하다. 그리고 5.5인치가 되면 화면 가운데 Tap 기능 외에 다른 입력 방식은 사용이 제한이 된다. 주제어 한 손 조작, 스마트폰 화면, 사용성 평가 Abstract Faster wireless internet and variety functions of smart phone are growing. The size of mobile screen also is growing. In recent, the screen size of newly released smart phone is 5 inch or more. But it is not always good just because a smart phone has the wide screen. Especially, when you use the smart phone with one hand, the size of wide screen makes a problem in usability. We made the five kinds of prototype for this study. And we tested the usability of smart phone for directions (horizontal, vertical) and input-methods (Tap, Long Tap, Drag, Flick and Rotate) with one hand. And the results were analyzed through ANOVA analysis. As a result, 3.5 inch screen with one hand is possible to use the various input-methods. But people should use only the limited input from 4.0 inch or more smart phones with one hand. And 5.5 inches of smart phone is only possible to use Tap at the center part of it.
