| 내용 | 웹사이트 디자인 요소의 평가 개념 설계 An Evaluation Concept of Elements in Website Design 주저자 : 이운형 홍익대학교 대학원 광고홍보학과 박사과정 Lee Woon-Hyung Hongik University 교신저자 : 한지숙 홍익대학교 대학원 광고홍보학과 박사과정 Han Ji-Sook Hongik University ________________________________________________________ 논문요약 본 연구는 디자인 적합성 측면에서 웹사이트의 디자인 요소에 대한 디자인 평가 개념의 개발과 제시를 목표로 하였다. 연구 방법으로는 먼저 선행 연구 고찰을 통해 인간 감성과 함께 인터페이스 디자인 원리에 대해 고찰하고, 웹사이트 사용성 평가 요인을 수집하고 분류하여 도출된 선행 연구 결과를 토대로 웹사이트의 디자인 요소를 선정하였다. 또한 사용성 원리와 게슈탈트 원리를 바탕으로 디자인의 적합성 측면에서 전문가 평가에 활용할 수 있는 평가지표로 활용될 수 있는 체크리스트의 항목을 도출하였다. 그리고 이를 기준으로 웹사이트의 디자인 요소를 효과적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가 기법에 관해 고찰하였으며, 평가의 내용과 대상의 특성에 따라 적합한 평가기법을 선정하여 합리적인 평가결과를 이끌어내는 웹사이트 디자인의 평가 개념을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 웹사이트 디자인 요소의 체크리스트와 평가방법론은 실무에서 이를 합리적으로 디자인 개발 과정에 반영하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 주제어 웹사이트 디자인, 체크리스트, 평가방법론 Abstract This research aims to develop a design evaluation methodology that evaluate the elements of website interface design. This study firstly investigated existing literatures to examine the principles of human sensibility ergonomics as well as interface designs, and collected the evaluation factors of the use of websites to classify them, and selected the design factors of websites based on precedent researches. the study made out a checklist having 30 items that could be used for professional evaluation from the point of view of design appropriateness based on the principles of the use and Gestalt. Based on the findings, the study investigated evaluations enough to evaluate website design effectively, and selected evaluations depending upon the objects and features to evaluate users' satisfactions as well as design appropriateness and to suggest a design evaluation methodology of website interface. In this study, the evaluation methodology can investigate users' trends by a design evaluation of website interface and to help reflect them to the design process in reasonable way.
