| 내용 | 예술기반 기업교육연구의 최근 경향 Research Trends and Issues of Arts-based corporate education 송 은 주 문화은행 대표 Song eun-joo Culture Bank Inc. _____________________________________________________________________________ 논문요약 본 연구는 21세기 환경에서 조직 교육은 어떤 양상을 띠며 발전 가능성은 무엇인가에 대한 질문으로부터 출발하여 모호성과 불확실성의 시대에 더욱 활발하게 일어나는 예술과 기업 간의 교류와 상호작용의 의의를 밝히고 교육의 형태로 나타나는 기업과 예술의 이종교합의 효과와 기능에 대한 최근 해외 연구들을 고찰함으로써 조직과 사회에 영향을 미치는 예술기반 교육의 이론적 토대를 공고히 하는데 목적이 있다. 오늘날 지식경제의 현실에서 단편적이고 반응적 조직 교육 무용론과 구성원의 내재된 감정선을 고려하고 높은 수준의 혁신과 성취를 이끌어내는 방법에 접근하는 진보적 요인들의 발견 혹은 보완의 필요성으로 인해 예술기반 교육의 활용이 대두되었다. 그러나 실무에서의 관심 증대와 사례의 축적에도 불구하고 이론 정립은 초기단계로, 최근의 연구 트렌드에 대한 종합적 이해를 통해 기업과 예술의 교육적 매개 관계를 규명하고 향후 전개 방향을 가늠하는 본 연구는 시의 적절한 것으로 사료된다. 이와 같은 논의를 위해 예술기반 교육을 통한 기업의 편익관련 선행연구들을 세 가지 기능별로 살펴보았는데, 구성원들의 직무수행 역량 향상 기능, 혁신적 아이디어로 조직의 경쟁력을 높이는 데 기여하는 기능, 구성원들의 마음을 이어 공유하는 가치와 목적을 위해 함께 의미를 생성(sense making)하는 기제로서의 기능이 그것이다. 각 기능은 상호 배제적이지 않으며 조직의 궁극적인 목표에 한걸음 다가가는데 순환적인 역할을 하는 것이나 이론적 배경 및 적용방안을 달리하므로 이와 같은 분류는 조직이 실제 예술기반 교육을 디자인할 때 비전과 가치를 고려하고 발전 단계별로 도입하는데 근거가 될 수 있다. 또한 본 연구는 개인의 역량증진이 조직 전체로 파급되는 예술기반 교육의 효과에 대한 모형을 분석하고 조직전체를 아우르는 연쇄적, 점증적 진화를 기대하기 위한 요소를 탐색하였다. 주제어 예술기반 교육, 조직 교육 디자인, 경영 트렌드 Abstract The purpose of this study is to find strong theoretical basis of arts-based education that influence organizations and the society by identifying meanings of exchange and interaction between art and business that become more active in the age of vagueness and uncertainty and inquiring recent overseas studies on effects and functions of educationally connecting corporate and art. Nowadays, in the reality of knowledge economy, fragmental and reactive corporate education is facing the controversy of being no use, and new progressive ideas were suggested to achieve high standard innovation and accomplishment. Also, in order to complement existing methods, arts-based education gained attention. Even with increased interest and field cases, relating theory is not completely constructed. Therefore, it is appropriate and timely to define educational connection between corporate and art and to expect the future of such education through overall understanding of recent study trend. In this study, previous studies on benefits from arts-based leaning were analyzed in 3 categories: function to improve work capabilities of members, function to contribute to improving creative power of the organization with innovative ideas, and function for members to share values and to make senses to accomplish their purposes. These functions do not mutually exclude others, and they play cyclical roles to step closer to the fundamental goal of the organization. Also, in this study, an arts-based education model that shows individual capability improvement extending out inside the organization is analyzed to identify elements that lead to 'spill-over effect' and cumulative evolution of the whole organization.
