| 내용 | 환경조성 참여디자인 도구 활용 사례를 통해 본 발전방안 Improvement of Participatory Design Tools for Physical Environment through Content Analysis of Cases 주저자 : 정은주 연세대학교 주거환경학과 석사과정 Jung Eun Joo Yonsei university 공동저자 : 정의철 연세대학교 생활디자인학과 교수 Jung Eui Chul Yonsei university 교신저자 : 이연숙 연세대학교 주거환경학과 교수 Lee Yeun Sook Yonsei university _______________________________________________ 논문요약 참여디자인이 사회·문화 전반에 걸쳐 활성화 되고 있음에 따라 다양한 이해관계자 간의 의사소통을 지원하는 도구의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 참여디자인 도구 활용사례를 체계적인 틀에서 비교하여 발전방안을 도출 하는 것이다. 여기서의 체계적인 틀이란 도구로 구현한 환경규모와 참여디자인프로세스, 사용자의 참여 수준을 말한다. 조사대상은 아날로그 도구 4종과 디지털 도구 4종, 이상 8종으로 각 도구 유형별로 3가지 사례를 선정하여 총 24가지 사례를 내용분석 하였다. 분석결과 아날로그와 디지털 도구가 상이한 규모에 참여디자인에 적용되었으며, 디지털 도구를 통해 보다 더 깊은 개입의 참여가 가능했다. 이에 아날로그 도구는 보다 높은 수준의 참여를 위해 사용자 특성에 따른 도구 선정과, 디지털 도구와의 상호보완적 이용을 고려해야하며, 디지털 도구는 다양한 도구 개발 및 최신의 시각화기술을 적용해야 한다는 결론을 얻었다. 본 연구가 도구의 창의적 개발과 활용을 진작시키는 참고자료가 되기를 기대해본다. 주제어 참여디자인 의사소통 도구, 아날로그 도구, 디지털 도구 Abstract As participatory design(PD) has been activated in overall fields of society and culture, the importance of tools that facilitate the communications among the different stakeholder groups has been emphasized so far. The purpose of this study is to get improvement methods through comparing the communication tools supporting the PD in environmental projects by using systematic frameworks. Total 24 cases including 12 analogue tools and 12 digital tools were chosen as targets of content analysis. The results analyzed from the case studies showed that analogue and digital tools were used to express the different spaces, and digital tools supported the more variety level of participation. As a result, analogue tools need to be selected depending on users characteristics, and to be considered using digital tools partially. Digital tools need to be developed diversely and to be applied to most updated visualization technology. This study is expected to be used as a base for promotion of creative development and utilization of tools. Keyword Participatory design Communication tool, Analogue tool, Digital tool |
