Jung theory and I.R.I color image scale - 주저자 : 장장자 중앙대학교 일반대학원 산업디자인학과 시각디자인전공 석사과정 ZHANG ZHUANGZI Chungang University Graduate school Art and Physical Education the Department of Industrial Design, Visual Communication 교신저자 : 김준교 중앙대학교 예체능계열 디자인학부 시각디자인전공 교수 Jun Kyo Kim Chungang University Art and Physical Education the Department of Design, Visual Communication _________________________________________________________ 논문요약 본 논문은 다양한 애니메이션 중 최근 인기 큰 3D애니메이션을 중심으로 스토리를 표현하는 매개체로써 보는 이로 하여금 흥미를 일으킬 수 있는 캐릭터의 색채지정기술에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 애니메이션 영화를 통해 세계적으로 인기 있는 애니메이션 제작사 중 하나인 픽사 애니메이션 스튜디오(2001년부터 2010년까지) 작품들에 등장한 캐릭터를 대상으로 연구했다. 캐릭터의 성격 및 체질, 색채의 상관관계를 이론 고찰을 통해 살펴보고 분석하기 위해 칼 구스타융(C.G.Jung)의 심리학적 성격유형이론, 동무 이제마(李濟馬, 1837~1899)의 사상체질이론, 이복신의 I.R.I 색채 이미지 스케일을 접목시켰다. 본 연구는 애니메이션 영화에 등장한 캐릭터들의 체질과 성격을 기준으로 분류한 후 각각의 캐릭터들의 색채를 분석하고 색채의 기능과 공감각 효과를 더욱 명확하게 해줄 수 있는 색채 분포표를 추출할 것이며 추후 애니메이션 캐릭터 창작과정에 있어 색채 적용에 참고할 수 있는 연구결과를 목적으로 한다. 주제어 3D 애니메이션, 캐릭터의 색채, 사상체질 Abstract In variety of animations, we use the most popular 3D animation as key point to do the research of audience interest of different kinds of cartoon story and roles. This article uses the products of the most famous cartoon maker----Pixar Animation Studios, from 2001 to 2010, as the reference. We use C.G. Jung’s psychological categories theory and Mr.Li Jima’s Sasang constitution and also I.R.I color image scale, in order to theoretically analyze personality of different cartoon characters. This article points out the impressive color table which can express the color function and gather-feeling effect. It would be used in animations in order to analyze the different roles.
