| 내용 | SNS 모바일 애플리케이션에 관한 페르소나 기법 연구 - 카카오톡을 중심으로 - Study on Personas for SNS Mobile application - Focused on Kakaotalk - 정 혜 경 건국대학교 디자인대학 영상디자인과 교수 Chung Hae-Kyung Konkuk university -------------------------------------------- 논문요약 페르소나 기법은 사용자를 연구하기 위한 디자인 방법론의 하나로 제품을 만드는 사람들이 사용자 조사를 통해 그들의 목적이 무엇인지 파악하고 사용자들을 대표하는 가상의 인물을 설정하는 연구 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 3개의 시나리오를 통해 사람들의 머릿속에 구체적인 사용자 모습을 그릴 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 시나리오에 나오는 변수의 설정은 사용자를 대상으로 한 수행도 평가, 심층 인터뷰, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰에 의한 데이터에 근거하였다. 본 연구는 페르소나기법을 통해 문제점 분석, 이용자 요구사항 도출, 의사결정, 계획검증 등을 포함하는 사용자 경험 디자인을 위한 계획 기법으로 유용하게 쓰일 수 있다는 것을 카카오톡 애플리케이션의 사례로 알 수 있었다. 연구 결과로 첫째, 시나리오를 통한 시각화로 불명확하고 주관적인 자료들을 대표적인 사용자그룹으로 요약할 수 있어 기획자나 디자이너들간의 커뮤니케이션을 도울 수 있다. 둘째, 다양한 실제 사용자들을 고려하기 때문에 제작자의 입장에서는 예상하지 못한 오류를 발견할 수 있다. 셋째, 조사 단계부터 결과가 나오기 까지 사용자들의 입장에서 사용자의 니즈를 조사하기 때문에 그에 따른 인터랙션을 예상할 수 있다. 주제어 페르소나기법, SNS, 디자인방법론 Abstract Personas technique is one of the design methodology to research the users. Second, it can consider a variety of real-world users, and an unexpected error on the part of producers can be found.
