| 내용 | 브래지어 맞음새 및 착용감 향상을 위한 착용실태 조사 - 30대 여성을 중심으로 - A Survey on the Bra Wearing Behaviors for Improvements in Fit and Comfort - A Focus on Women in Their 30s - 주저자 : 김지민 건국대학교 의상디자인전공 강사 Kim, Ji Min Dept. of Apparel Design Konkuk University 교신저자 : 김효숙 건국대학교 의상디자인전공 교수 Kim, Hyo Sook Dept. of Apparel Design Konkuk University ___________________________________________________________ 논문요약 본 연구는 신체의 퇴화가 시작되고 임신·출산·수유 등 내·외적인 영향으로 유방의 형태변화를 겪게 되는 30대 성인여성을 대상으로 맞음새와 착용감이 우수한 브래지어 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 서울 및 수도권지역에 거주하는 30대 여성 341명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 브래지어 착용실태 및 불만족 요인을 파악하였다. 설문 조사대상자의 착용실태를 분석한 결과 브래지어 착용으로 인한 기대 효과는 유방의 크기와 돌출정도 향상 등 미적효과 보다는 유방의 형태변화를 보정해주는 브래지어의 기본 효과를 우선적으로 기대하는 것으로 나타났다. 30대 여성은 전반적으로 브래지어 구매 시 사이즈, 디자인, 착용감을 가장 많이 고려하는 것으로 나타났으며 적당한 맞음새에 조금 여유로운 사이즈의 편안한 착용감을 선호하는 것으로 파악되었다. 브래지어 착용 시 와이어, 컵밑받침과 날개 연결 부위, 어깨끈 부위 순으로 답답함을 느끼는 것으로 나타났으며, 구입 후 불만족 요인으로는 사이즈, 착용감, 와이어 순으로 나타났다. 이에 30대 여성의 브래지어 착용실태 및 불만족 요인을 반영하고 유방형태 변화를 고려한 브래지어 제작이 요구된다. 주제어 브래지어, 30대 여성, 착용실태 Abstract The purpose of this study is to provide basic information for the construction of brassieres that have a high level of fit and comfort for women in their 30s, whose bodies have started to go through biological aging process and experience changes in their breasts due to internal and external factors that include pregnancy, childbearing and breastfeeding. This study conducted a survey on 341 women in their 30s, who are currently residing in the Seoul metropolitan area, in order to identify their bra wearing behaviors and unsatisfying factors in wearing brassieres. The result of the survey analysis have revealed that the respondents expected to have their breasts placed into a better position for a balanced upper body proportion instead of having the aesthetical effects, such as an increased size or volume of their breasts. A large proportion of women in the survey responded that they consider size, design and fit as the most important factors when purchasing a bra. For the question on the level of fit of a bra, many answered that they want their bras to fit just right or little bit loose, and thus, prefer to wear their bras more comfortably. Therefore, bra wearing behaviors, unsatisfying factors of wearing a bra, as well as the changes in the breast shapes should be reflected and carefully considered in the construction of brassiere for women in their 30s.
