| 내용 | 가죽 자켓의 2장 소매패턴 - 교육용패턴과 산업패턴의 비교 - Leather sleeve pattern for middle aged women's jackets - Focus on the Kind of Leather - 주저자 : 신현숙 건국대학교 의상디자인 전공 강사 Shin Hyun Suk Konkuk University 교신저자 : 김효숙 건국대학교 의상디자인 전공 교수 Kim Hyo Sook Konkuk University ------------------------------------------------- 논문요약 피혁의류 공정에서의 패턴 설계 및 패턴에 알맞은 가죽 성형 방법은 가죽의류 완성품에 직접적인 영향을 주는 중요한 조건이다. 소매가 연결되어지는 암홀부위는 상반의 의복 기능성, 적합성, 심미성을 좌우하는 중요한 부위이며, 소매산 둘레의 여유 분량 처리는 소매의 입체형성을 원활히 하기 위한 중요 요소로서 특히 소매산둘레의 상부 곡면을 입체화함과 동시에 견관절 운동에 필요한 여유량을 간접적으로 부여하는데 유용하다. 현재 우리나라의 가죽의류의 생산과정을 살펴보면 소수 숙련공에 의해 설계 및 생산이 이루어지고 있는 실정으로 의복착용감을 좌우하는 요인의 첫째가 소매의 적합여부라 할 수 있음에도 불구하고 가죽 생산업체 실무자들은 양가죽 패턴으로 다른 종류의 피혁패턴에도 적용하고 있는 실정으로 피혁 종류에 따라 재킷의 2장소매의 적합도가 높은 패턴을 연구 개발하는 것이 중요한 과제라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현대여성의 주요 아이템이 되는 가죽 재킷의 가장 일반적인 소매형태인 2장으로된 셑인 슬리브(set-in sleeve)에 대한 교육용패턴과 가죽 생산업체에서 쓰이고 있는 산업용 패턴을 수집하여 수정 보완하고자 한다. 이와 같은 연구과정을 통해 각 소매패턴의 특성 및 장단점을 파악함으로써 피혁 종류에 따라 적합도가 높은 피혁재킷 두 장 소매를 구성하기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 양가죽 재킷의 두 장 소매패턴을 소가죽재킷의 두 장 소매에 적용하였을 경우는 원피가 다른 피혁종류와 달리 인장강도와 인장신도가 높아서 신축성을 감소시키는 현상이 발생하게 되는데 이는 앞판뒤판 암홀의 여유량을 더 늘려주어야 할 것으로 생각된다. 또한 돈피 (스웨이드)의 경우 소재 특성상 신축성과 회복성이 크므로 여유량을 약간 작게 설정하는 것이 적절한 것으로 판단된다. 주제어 생산패턴, 소매, 이즈분량 Abstract This study hopes to determine the best two sleeves patterns and material for leather jackets to fit middle-aged women. The patterns was judged on evaluation for appearance and comfort. The three sleeves patterns and based from educational and industrial models. The method used was a experiment administered to 3 test models. Each model wore and then evaluated three patterns and skin types on various categories related to comfort and appearance. then, results were analyzed, and the material and patterns adjusted to reflect the results. After a subsequent test with these adjustments, the results were concluded. The findings suggested the superiority of one industrial pattern. It also indicated the leather skin type should depend on size. Leather jacket's two sleeves patterns to develop the better fitting and more comfortable sleeve pattern for women's jacket with kind of lather -various.
