| 내용 | 인터레이싱(Interlacing)기법을 이용한 쥬얼리 적용 방법 연구 Research on Jewelry Applying Method using Interlacing Technique 주저자 : 장유리 가야대학교 귀금속주얼리학과 강사 Jang Yu-ri Dept. of Precious Metal & Jewelry, Kaya University 교신저자 : 안일훈 가야대학교 귀금속주얼리학과 교수 Ahn Il-hoon Dept. of Precious Metal & Jewelry, Kaya University ---------------------------------------------------- 논문요약 섬유공예는 공예분야 중에서 우리의 삶과 가장 밀착되어 있는 만큼 인체에 착용하는 쥬얼리 디자인에 접목시켜 조형적 표현을 창출하기에 적합하다. 본 연구는 섬유공예 기법에 속하는 인터레이싱(interlacing)기법을 살펴보고 금속선을 사용하여 텍스츄어(texture )를 강조한 조형성을 살리는 패턴 디자인(pattern design)의 개발로 쥬얼리 디자인으로서의 다양한 표현 가능성을 제시하였다. 인터레이싱은 실, 로프, 끈 등을 이용한 엮음 작업으로 흥미로운 구조와 질감을 가지고 있고 다양한 변화가 가능한 특성을 가지고 있다. 이러한 기법은 다루기 수월한 금속선으로 수(手)작업을 통하여 쉽게 제작이 가능하다는 장점이 있으며 획일화되고 일률적인 디자인의 제품보다 풍부한 감성과 개성을 살린 수공예적인 디자인의 다양한 표현을 가능하게 한다. 인터레이싱기법에 대한 개념을 정리하고 적용 사례를 바탕으로 쥬얼리의 적용가능성을 살펴보고 인터레이싱 기법의 자료들을 토대로 금속으로의 표현 가능성을 연구하고자 패턴들을 제작하였으며 그 패턴들을 쥬얼리 디자인에 적용하기 위하여 프레임 디자인을 개발하였다. 형태와 변화의 표현 효과를 풍부하게 만들어주며 중량감을 줄이면서 볼륨감과 입체감을 살리는 예술적 측면을 강조하여 쥬얼리 디자인으로 무한한 표현의 가능성을 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 인터레이싱 기법을 금속으로 표현하고 쥬얼리 디자인의 적용을 위한 프레임 디자인 개발 연구를 통하여 쥬얼리 디자인의 표현방법의 다양화를 제시하고자 하였다. 주제어 인터레이싱, 쥬얼리 디자인, 패턴 디자인 Abstract Being the most closely related to our lives among craft fields, the textile craft is suitable for creating formative expression by combining it with jewelry design worn on the body. In this study, we examined the interlacing technique belonging to the textile craft technique and proposed a variety of expression possibilities as jewelry design through the development of pattern design highlighting formativeness that emphasizes texture by using metallic lines. As entwining work using thread, rope, string etc., interlacing has interesting structure and texture and has the characteristic of making various changes possible. This technique has the advantage of easily manufacturing through manual work with metallic lines easy to be handled and enables various expressions of handicraft design revealing richer emotion and personality than products with standardized and uniform design. We summarized the concept on the interlacing technique, examined the applicability of jewelry based on application cases, produced patterns to study the possibility of expressing with metals on the basis of the data on the interlacing technique and developed frame design to apply the patterns to jewelry design. Emphasizing the artistic side revealing voluminous sense and three-dimensional effects while enriching the expressive effects of forms and changes and reducing the weightiness, we were able to see the possibility of infinite expression as jewelry design. By expressing the interlacing technique with metals and studying frame design development for the application of jewelry design, this study was to present the diversification of expression methods of jewelry design.
