Heuristic Evaluation 4. 실험 및 분석 4.1. 실험 개요 4.2. 평가 실험 및 분석 5. 종합 평가결과 및 개선방안 제시 5.1 종합결과 5.2 개선방안제시 6. 결론 참고문헌 논문요약 오늘날 모바일 서비스와 관련된 디자인 패러다임의 변화와 관련 산업의 질적, 양적인 성장으로 모바일을 통한 커뮤니케이션 서비스와 디자인 환경의 사용성은 그 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 그러나 현재 대부분의 모바일 관련 사용성 평가는 제품의 디자인 및 네비게이션 등에 그 중요성이 치중되어 전문적인 그래픽유저인터페이스 (Graphic User Interface; GUI) 디자인 평가는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이러한 논지에서 본 연구는 전문가를 대상으로 한 Inspection 기법의 모바일 GUI 디자인의 사용성 평가를 위한 모형을 구축하여 실험 및 분석을 시행하였다. 또한 모바일 GUI 디자인의 ‘사용성 모형’이라는 접근 방법을 통해 기존 디자인의 문제점을 개선시킬 수 있음을 검증하였다. (Abstract) Today, the importance of communication service through mobile and the usage of design environment are emphasized by the change of design paradigm related to the mobile service and the quantitative and qualitative growth of the related industries. However, the professional estimation of Graphic User Interface has little made because the most of estimations of mobile usage give undue stress to the product design and navigation. Therefore, this study tried to establish the model for usage estimation of design in the mobile GUI by using Inspection tool with delphi. And it also examined the way to improve the existing problems of design by approaching the mobile GUI design with 'usage model'. (Key Word) Mobile, GUI, Usability |
