Dept. of Visual Design -------------------------------------------------------- 1. 서 론 1.1. 연구의 목적 1.2. 연구의 방법 및 범위 2. 도로명 안내체계 표지의 개념 및 안내체계 분석 2.1. 도로명 안내체계 표지의 개념 2.2. 도로명 안내체계 표지의 종류 및 디자인 요소 2.3. 현재 안내체계 문제점 분석 2.4. 도로명 안내체계 표지 디자인 원칙 2.5. 도로명 안내체계 표지 정보시스템 구성 3. 도로명 안내표지 프로토타입(Prototype) 개발과정 3.1. 단일종류 적층배열방식(Solid-layered) 3.2. 단일종류 수평배열(Solid-horizontal) 3.3. 단일종류 수평/수직배열 (Solid-horizontal+Solid-vertical) 4. 도로명 안내표지 디자인 결과 4.1. 도로명 안내체계 표지의 정보구조 4.2. 도로명 안내체계 표지의 배경색 운용 원칙 4.3. 도로명 안내체계 표지의 노선방향 운용 원칙과 방향화살표 운용원칙 4.4. 도로명 안내체계 표지의 타입별 디자인 5. 결 론 참고문헌 논문요약 도시공간은 많은 공공정보(public information)들이 공존하며 이는 공공의 목적 외에 도시환경이라는 통합적인 인프라로서 그 기능성이 강조되고 있다. 운전자가 도로를 통해서 일정한 목적지에 도달하기 위해서는 특수한 공공정보에 의존하게 된다. 그러므로 교통정보는 운전자에게 효용성 있는 정보를 제공함과 동시에 도시 인프라의 효율성 제고라는 포괄적 개념을 구체화시키는 기능체 및 환경요소로서의 역할을 할 수 있어야 한다. 이를 실행할 수 있는 구체적인 방법으로는 기능적 측면과 공공정보를 도시환경에 시각적으로 조화시킨 디자인 시스템의 개발이 필요하다. 행정안전부는 그동안 기존의 지점 안내시스템에서 발생하는 과다정보 혹은 일관성을 유지하기 힘든 공공정보 안내시스템을 개선하고자 새주소 안내시스템을 정책적으로 시행해왔고 2012년 1월 1일을 기점으로 전국적인 전면시행을 앞두고 있다. 동시에 국토해양부는 공공안내정보 시스템의 일관성을 유지한 ‘도로명 안내체계’ 도입을 진행해 왔고 기존 도로명 안내표지의 디자인 시스템화를 실시해 왔다. 본 연구는 국토해양부의 ‘도로명 안내체계 표지’의 디자인 시스템 개발과정과 그 결과물을 연구의 대상으로 하며 전체 정보구조를 포괄하는 기본 디자인시스템으로 그 범위를 한정하도록 한다. 주제어 도로명 안내체계, 도로표지판, 공공정보 Abstract City-space is comprised of many kinds of public information. City environment is also comprised of integrated infra-structure being emphasized by functional aspect of public transportation information. Drivers are following the specific public information to get to the his own destination. Therefore, transport information is supposed to give drivers proper information and enhance functionality of the urban-infrastructure. This hyper-thesis would encompass the ultimate goals of overall traffic signs. To expertise the ultimate of the street-name information system should harmonize functionality between urban-environment and design system of traffic signs. MOPAS(MINISTRY OF Public Administration and Security) has changed the space-name information system to street-name information system to reduce the redundant information and maintenance budget. They are pushing forward to finalize the administrative policy and expecting to enforce the law in nationwide from 01. 01. 2012. On the other hand, MLTM(Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime affairs) has been introducing 'street-name information system' and systemizing the design structure. This study has been focused on design system development process and included basic design system encompassing overall information structure.
